As you have seen, if you have been following my channel for a while; I always carry a notebook with me. I do this in order to write down all my thoughts and recipe ideas rapidly to keep them safe from our common foe, oblivion. Without it I would maybe never come up with the idea of an instant beef bourguignon.
A year ago I sold a notebook designed by myself for my daily needs as a cook. I named it “The blue fridge notebook”. It is everything I want in a notebook after keeping notes and journaling for years. To produce it I had found a printing company here in France with great quality standards that could print exactly what I wanted.

When I was selling these notebooks last year I was trying out something completely new. I wanted to see your reactions to my own product and learn from the whole process of selling it from start to finish.
Knowing some of the orders would not be delivered properly or not delivered at all I kept a few notebooks aside to make sure every order was fulfilled properly. Though I may have been pessimistic, as I had quite a few left in stock after dealing with a few delivery problems. This is why they are now back in stock again.
The notebooks were shipped from my studio in France to clients all across the world. It was obvious that this model was not sustainable; therefore I decided that for the next releases of SALUT products, the system would be improved to limit failure and reduce delivery delays. SALUT now has stocks in the US to deliver North America and a stock in France to deliver European countries.
